Yoga is the mind-body connection. Yoga is the awareness of what your body needs on a given day, and how to move - or find stillness - to achieve physical and mental balance.

Rose's approach to yoga asana encourages students to discover and explore a safe, progressive practice. She challenges students to build strength in ways that prevent common injuries to knees, wrists, and shoulders.

Her primary style is hatha flow, with moderate to long holds of challenging postures to allow each student to find their fullest expression of that pose.

How can you find challenge in a given posture?

How can you find ease?

How can you create a new experience in a familiar posture?

How can you best honor the needs of your body and mind today?

YOGA

Partner yoga and acrobatics inspire a youthful, lighthearted, and playful atmosphere.

The trust and communication required can deepen community connections and facilitate joyful self-expression.

The physical benefits are clear: the best way to keep your body in shape is to have fun while doing it!

I firmly believe that everyone should embody all roles: base, flier, and spotter, throughout their acrobatic practice.

ACRO

MANIFESTO

Rose's studies of yoga and acrobatics are complemented by traditional academic training in neuroscience, applied mathematics and pedagogy, which inspire her rigorous, technical approach to new challenges.

A great teacher will inspire students to have ownership over their knowledge and choices by discovering for themselves where their truth lies.
